對(duì)于像子為這么忙的學(xué)員，我會(huì)更多的督促他們的學(xué)習(xí)。一旦有一次曠課，都會(huì)打電話提醒和詢問原因。
子為不算非常刻苦認(rèn)真的，但是她的例子會(huì)教會(huì)每一個(gè)人：時(shí)間是海綿里的水，擠一擠總會(huì)有。她可能在開會(huì)，只要能溜出來上課，就會(huì)上課?；蛘咭簧贤暾n馬上就會(huì)開會(huì)，也會(huì)堅(jiān)持上課。她會(huì)盡量抽閑散的時(shí)間進(jìn)行預(yù)習(xí)，以便保證上課的效果。復(fù)習(xí)的時(shí)間子為比較難保證，但是有空她還是會(huì)回聽錄音。那對(duì)她來說，學(xué)習(xí)的效率就非常重要。老師會(huì)利用課堂的幾分鐘復(fù)習(xí)一下上一次課的內(nèi)容。學(xué)習(xí)管理老師會(huì)帶領(lǐng)她復(fù)習(xí)，并且考察之前學(xué)習(xí)的成果。這樣即使她自己花的復(fù)習(xí)時(shí)間不夠，也會(huì)有成效啦。
子為一開始跟我說，朋友都覺得不可思議：用電話可以學(xué)好英語？而經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間的學(xué)習(xí)，看到子為的成果，大家都改變了這種想法。新的東西，總是需要時(shí)間被證實(shí)的。感謝子為的不放棄，讓更多的了解spiiker，認(rèn)同spiiker。
我們?cè)趲椭鶹ivi學(xué)習(xí)英語的同時(shí)，她也教會(huì)了我們很多，比如寬容，吃虧是福，比如勤勞，耐心。她是個(gè)智慧女子。
