國家海洋預(yù)報臺12日消息，今年第23號臺風(fēng)“百里嘉”(熱帶風(fēng)暴級)的中心12日早晨5點鐘位于廣東省雷州市偏東方大約630公里的海面上。預(yù)計，“百里嘉”將以每小時15公里左右的速度向偏西方向移動，強(qiáng)度逐漸加強(qiáng)，最強(qiáng)可達(dá)強(qiáng)熱帶風(fēng)暴級，并將于13日白天在廣東電白到海南萬寧一帶沿海登陸。
