1. A lawyer, with a box of expensivecigars, he found an insurance company and gave fire to these baby cigars! Whenhe had finished drawing all the cigars, he took the remaining cigar butt andasked the insurance company to pay for it! Insurance companies believe thatlawyers themselves ignite cigars to pump them out, it is not a fire, nocompensation!

 However, lawyers believe that the type of"fire" is not stipulated in the insurance contract. As long as thecigar is burnt, it will be lost!

The insurance company really didn't want towaste time, so he lost a lot of money to the lawyer!

But the next day, the insurance companyreported the case to the police, reporting that the lawyer set fire to theinsured items and deliberately destroyed the property. Since the lawyer himselfinsisted that the cigar was burned by the fire and was not used normally, therewas nothing to say, and the police sentenced the lawyer to two years in prison!

1、一個(gè)律師，有一盒名貴的雪茄，他找到保險(xiǎn)公司，給這些寶貝雪茄投了火險(xiǎn)！等到他把這些雪茄全部抽完后，他拿著剩下的雪茄屁股，要求保險(xiǎn)公司賠償！保險(xiǎn)公司認(rèn)為，律師自己點(diǎn)燃雪茄抽掉它們，根本不算失火，不用賠！

 但是律師卻認(rèn)為，保險(xiǎn)合同上可沒規(guī)定“火”的種類，只要雪茄被火燒掉了，那就得賠！ 

保險(xiǎn)公司實(shí)在不想浪費(fèi)時(shí)間，于是就賠了律師一大筆錢！ 

但是第二天，保險(xiǎn)公司就向警察報(bào)案，舉報(bào)律師縱火燒掉了已投保的物品，故意毀壞財(cái)物。既然律師自己都堅(jiān)持，雪茄是被火燒掉的，不是被正常使用的，那也沒啥好說的，警察判了律師2年的監(jiān)禁！
