據(jù)海外網(wǎng)，據(jù)韓聯(lián)社26日報(bào)道，韓國國會當(dāng)天舉行全體會議，通過“新冠肺炎三法”修訂案，這三部法律，分別是《傳染病預(yù)防管理法》、《檢疫法》和《醫(yī)療法》。

According to the overseas website, according to the Yonhap News Agency on the 26th, the
Korean Parliament held a plenary meeting on the same day to pass the amendments to the
"Three New Pneumonia Pneumonia Laws" amendments. These three laws are the "Infectious Disease Prevention and Management Law", "Quarantine Law" and "Medical Law" ".

《傳染病防治管理法》修訂案規(guī)定，傳染病預(yù)警級別為“注意”以上時(shí)，向社會福利設(shè)施內(nèi)的老年人、兒童等易感染人群提供口罩；甲類傳染病流行引發(fā)醫(yī)藥品漲價(jià)或供應(yīng)不足時(shí)，應(yīng)在保健福祉部長官公布的期限內(nèi)，禁止口罩和消毒液等物資出口；大幅擴(kuò)充流行病學(xué)調(diào)查人員；藥劑師等醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)開方配藥時(shí)，務(wù)必確認(rèn)患者的海外旅行史。

The amendment to the Law on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases stipulates that
when the infectious disease warning level is above the "attention" level, masks are
provided to vulnerable groups such as the elderly and children in social welfare
facilities; When supplies are insufficient, the export of supplies such as masks and
disinfectants should be prohibited within the deadlines announced by the Minister of
Health and Welfare; the epidemiological investigators should be greatly expanded; and
medical institutions such as pharmacists must prescribe medicines and must confirm the
patient's overseas travel history.

《檢疫法》修訂案規(guī)定，福祉部長官有權(quán)要求法務(wù)部長官禁止來自傳染病流行或可能流行地區(qū)的外國人入境。

The amendment to the Quarantine Law provides that the Minister of Welfare has the right to
require the Minister of Justice to prohibit entry of foreigners from areas where
infectious diseases are endemic or likely.

《醫(yī)療法》修訂案規(guī)定新設(shè)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)內(nèi)患者、家屬和醫(yī)務(wù)人員傳染監(jiān)控體系等。

The "Medical Law" amendment provides for the establishment of a new infection monitoring
system for patients, family members and medical staff in medical institutions.

韓國國會稱，期待上述修訂案的通過，可以從國家層面加強(qiáng)應(yīng)對傳染病的能力，并減輕國民對于新冠肺炎疫情的不安心理。

The South Korean parliament said that looking forward to the adoption of the amendment, it can strengthen the ability to respond to infectious diseases at the national level and reduce the national anxiety about the new crown pneumonia epidemic.
