教學特色：首次見面,我們彼此自我介紹, 相互了解, 因為師生見建立良好的關(guān)系尤為重要. 然后我會主動問候?qū)W生. 我非常注重激發(fā)學生的學習動機, 讓他們清晰地意識到自己的學習目標. 我會鼓勵他們自我評價, 詢問他們是否理解所討論的話題和課堂內(nèi)容. 如果他們的回答正確或者在考試中取得好的成績, 我都會鼓勵他們. 當然, 我也會在課上糾正學生的發(fā)音和語法錯誤.
